With years of experience and a wide range of training, Alison has a unique approach to bodywork.
Helping alleviate pain patterns, improve mobility, and increase body awareness; providing intuitive bodywork: combining movement, soft tissue, deep tissue, neuromuscular massage, and more to bring balance back to your body and mind.
A dedicated student for many years with a firm belief in yoga, meditation, and breath-work as being vital to maintaining a healthy and happy body, Alison completed her Yoga Teacher Training in early 2019.
Alison also invests her time to mentor student interns and recent graduates, selecting only the best and the most dedicated to learning and healing.
Alison enjoys staying active outdoors in her free time and feels a deep connection to nature, community and personal growth.
Alison graduated from the Institute of Business and Medical Careers (IBMC) in 2004. She has training in Healing Touch Energy Work, Thai Massage and Cranio-Sacral Therapy, and certification in Medical Massage (2012). Since 2004, she has gained practical experience working in luxury resort spas, cruise ships, hotels & resorts, and clinical massage settings.
