Belief that yoga, meditation and breath work are vital to maintaining a healthy and happy body, Alison completed her 200 hr YTT in early 2019.
Alison also invests her time to mentor student interns and recent graduates, selecting only the best and most dedicated to learning and healing.

With a deep desire to shift a culture that’s “sick and tired,” and make a lasting impact on others physical and emotional well-being , Molly brings empathy and compassion to the bodies and souls she touches. As a licensed massage therapist, she strives to reduce physical discomforts, quiet busy minds and calm energetic fields so that clients can reconnect to their pure and whole selves. She works slowly, intentionally and listens to each body’s unique needs, while drawing from a variety of modalities including swedish, deep tissue, thai stretching, cupping, hot stones, aromatherapy and much more in order to provide the most beneficial work for her clients that achieves their goals. In combination with her birth work, Molly also specializes in perinatal massage and offers rejuvenating belly-down sessions for moms-to-be!
As a New England native, Molly has always lived an extremely active lifestyle running, hiking, dancing and playing a variety of sports. While attending Simmons College in Boston, Molly’s fitness slowed down due to the demands of school and mental stress started to ramp up. This is when she first felt the consequences of a mind-body disconnect and began her own journey of self-healing with yoga and receiving massage as a tool to cope with anxiety and compliment her lifestyle.
Molly completed her 200hr training in 2014, and in 2017 completed her 300hr training at an ashram in India.Molly moved to Colorado in 2018 and enrolled in the Denver Integrative Massage School training and received her license in 2019 as she also Molly to complete her 85hr prenatal yoga teacher training and become a certified birth doula.
